Refund policy

At Cozy Chemist Candle Co, each piece is hand-poured in small batches with careful attention to detail. Variations in wax appearance, vessel finish, and fragrance strength may naturally occur and are not considered defects. 

Beautiful things should arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or anything less than enchanting, PLEASE reach out within 7 days of delivery at gather@cozychemistcollective.com with your order number and photos. We promise to make it right. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used candles, melted wax, scent preference, or general wear and tear after burning. 

Unburned candles may be eligible for return approval within 14 days of delivery, depending upon the nature. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it was due to an error on our end.

Because once a flame has been lit...it becomes uniquely yours.
