Orders are processed in the order they are received, though timelines may vary during launches, seasonal releases, market weekends, holidays, or periods of high volume.
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Cozy Chemist Candle Co LLC is not responsible for:
- postal delays
- weather-related delays
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
